"Tess has helped us for a couple of years now to formulate our marketing and branding strategy, with great results. This year we were featured in the jewellery section of the Guardian Shopping Directory as one of the South West’s leading retailers of designer silver as well as being featured in product placements within many of the regional magazines including Exeter Living, Devon Life, and the national Wedding magazine. We were also featured as ‘leagues apart from other jewellers’ in an article in Devon Today which spanned 2 pages.

The process began with a distinctive re-branding exercise incorporating; an updated logo and our own amazing 'organic – abstract' flower imagery. Fresh bread have cleverly helped us consistently use this, protecting and reinforcing our image, which really has worked. It is featured subtly inside our bags, delicately on our gift vouchers and as confetti within our bridal promotion.
Tess has helped us introduce many innovative and creative channels for communication including; fabulous internal and external signage, wonderful new packaging, a clever receipt envelope, instore POS and the creation of a stylish new consumer advertising campaign. More recently we have implemented a new customer relationship management programme and a great website which is already attracted a good deal of traffic! And last but not least Tess compiles and produces our Troll Times which some of you may have read or seen and is an extremely popular publication.
We have enjoyed and continue to enjoy working with Fresh Bread and really do feel like they are one of the team. Tess is a pleasure to work with and applies a creative, proactive approach to marketing and makes it fun too ! - we now have all the elements in place and look forward to the next creative campaign."
